“On September 11, 2001, United Flight 93 crashed in a field just a few miles from my home.” I was so deeply affected by the tragedy and wanted to do something to help our nation heal. I designed the “Never Forget” Limited Edition Tribute Flag so Americans would never forget our fellow citizens who became the innocent victims of that tragic day. I wanted the flag to serve as a reminder that freedom comes with a price and hoped it would keep alive the patriotism we all felt in our hearts. The copyrighted design is a collage of United Flight 93 and the World Trade Towers surrounded by the Pentagon. The four stars represent the four planes used in the attack. Each plane is recognized in the design. It is now estimated that there were 2,998 victims. Because of questions regarding the actual number of victims, I decided to have 3,000 flags sewn.
 
America’s County Development Corporation was started for the purpose of producing the “Never Forget” Limited Edition Tribute Flags and other products. The fags are professionally hand crafted by local (PA) sewers, creating much-needed sewing jobs in the surrounding area of the Flight 93 crash site. The flags are sewn from 100% cotton. Each measures approximately 23” x 35” with “September 11, 2001” and the series number sewn into the lower right-hand corner. The flags come displayed in a 24” x 36” black frame and is accompanied by an 8 ½” x 11” framed and numbered parchment paper Certificate of Authenticity. Attached to the bottom of the glass is a 1 ½” x 6” black and gold laser engraved nameplate. Each flag is unique and truly a work of art!
